Yang, Peng was born in Yunnan Ma Guan, Yunnan Xichou County, in 1957.
In 1978, was admitted to the Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts. In 1982, he graduated from the U.S. Association in Yunnan Province. In 1991 -1992, he entered the China Academy of Chinese Painting Department of portraits of professional training, and is now a National level artist, Zhongguomeixie member of the U.S. Association of Yunnan Province, Deputy Secretary-General, Yunnan Province, and the executive director of the U.S. Association of Yunnan Chinese Painting Art Committee Vice Director.
